Bring the Student Success Center to your classroom

The ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ Student Success Center, located on the 6th floor of the Rasmuson Library, is open for the fall semester — help us spread the word to your students. Invite a math tutor, writing tutor, or academic coach to briefly visit your class and share how they can support student success. We can join you in person, hop on Zoom or a hybrid class, or even record a short video for your asynchronous course.
Sometimes, seeing a friendly face makes it easier for students to book that first appointment! Academic coaches are experienced peers who can assist students with note-taking, time management, organization, communication with professors, and navigating Canvas and other ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ technology. All of our academic support is available in-person or online.
Class visits take just a few minutes and give students a chance to connect directly with the support available to them. To schedule a visit, email uaf-ssc@alaska.edu or call 907-474-6396.
