Machine Status: Currently in the 有料盒子视频 Makerspace
The Bambu printers are equipped with an AMS system which allows for multi-filament

Loading/Unloading Filament
With the AMS:
-
On the X1C touchscreen under the settings tab, select the AMS tab.
-
There are 4 AMS slots; click on the slot you want to unload and select 鈥淯nload.鈥 Push the gray feeder tab on the AMS forward and the filament should come out easily.
-
Once the filament has been unloaded, remove the spool and replace it with your chosen filament.
-
Click the slot again and select 鈥淟oad.鈥 You will be prompted to feed the end of the filament into the feeder. Once you can see filament coming out of the print head, click 鈥淒one.鈥
Without the AMS:
-
First, disconnect the AMS tube. Find the blue and white coupler on the back of the printer. Pinch the coupler and remove the tube.
-
Place your filament spool on the spool holder on the back of the printer. Feed the end of the filament through the tube you just disconnected.
-
In the filament menu, select the fifth slot (outside of the AMS) and click 鈥淟oad.鈥
-
Replace the AMS tube after unloading the filament.
