ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ Angel Conference Update

The 2023 ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ Angel Conference just kicked off its due diligence phase and four ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ start-ups are all vying for a $100K+ investment. Joining the conference this year are three highly-motivated students from the College of Business and Emergency Management Student Investment Fund (run by Kim McGinnis). Manuel Beza, Dave Sauter, and Zachary Norum — all second-semester students — have already listened to, analyzed, and are now conducting due diligence on ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ start-ups. A first for the University of ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ, these students are simultaneously contributing to the ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓÊÓƵ start-up ecosystem while learning how to angel invest. Over the course of the next month, they will be deep-diving into two start-ups to determine who will receive the $100K investment.
